Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the sale of the paid KrafTeach Plus offer, provided through the KrafTeach website and application (krafteach.com), published by EI Romain Ferré (SIRET 514 429 240 00039). They complement the Terms of Service, which govern access to and use of the service as a whole, and apply to any subscription to a paid offer.

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale set out the conditions under which KrafTeach sells access to its paid offer, "KrafTeach Plus", to teachers using the service. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms, in particular those applicable to the free offer, which are governed by the Terms of Service.
2. Description of the offer and pricing
Free offer and previews. The free offer gives access to the application's entire catalog of generators. Generators identified as "Plus" in the catalog can be configured and exported free of charge in the form of a preview: a PDF limited to its first pages and marked with a "KrafTeach Plus" watermark. The preview is provided for evaluation purposes, with a view to a possible subscription. Removing, hiding or circumventing the watermark, by any means, is prohibited.
KrafTeach Plus. For the duration indicated at the time of purchase, KrafTeach Plus allows the user to export in full and without a watermark the generators and options identified as "Plus" in the application's catalog. During that period, the user can also re-download, in full and without a watermark, the previews they made earlier. A preview re-downloaded this way, like any export made without a watermark, is never retroactively watermarked: after the period ends it remains available without a watermark, provided the class it was generated from still exists.
Pricing. The current discovery offer is priced at €4.99 (VAT included) for 3 months. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, and displayed before the order is confirmed. KrafTeach reserves the right to change its offers and pricing going forward; a user who has already subscribed keeps the terms in force at the time of their purchase until the end of the subscribed period.
3. Payment terms
Payment is made online, at the time of subscription, by credit card, via Stripe, a secure payment provider. KrafTeach does not collect or store any credit card data: this data is entered and processed directly by Stripe, under its own terms and privacy policy. The benefits of the paid offer (full, watermark-free exports) are activated as soon as payment is confirmed by Stripe.
4. Duration and renewal
The KrafTeach Plus discovery offer is subscribed for a fixed period of 3 months, with no automatic renewal: at the end of this period, the benefits of the paid offer stop automatically, with no action required from the user and no further charge: "Plus" generators go back to preview mode (with a watermark). Exports already made without a watermark remain watermark-free (see Article 2). The terms of any future renewal or recurring subscription offer will be specified here if such an offer is introduced.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal on an online purchase. However, access to KrafTeach Plus constitutes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which begins immediately after payment. In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the same Code, a consumer user who wants immediate access must, before confirming their purchase, expressly agree to immediate performance and expressly waive their right of withdrawal. Once this agreement is given and payment is confirmed, the user may no longer exercise the right of withdrawal.
6. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint relating to a purchase, the user can contact KrafTeach at admin@krafteach.com. Under Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. Details of the relevant mediator will be added here once this arrangement is finalized (TBD).
7. Liability
KrafTeach strives to ensure the paid offer is available and functions correctly, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. KrafTeach cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service or from a temporary unavailability. KrafTeach's liability in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the offer concerned.
8. Changes to these Terms of Sale
KrafTeach may update these Terms of Sale, in particular to reflect changes to its offers or applicable regulations. The Terms of Sale applicable to a subscription are those in force at the time of purchase.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
