Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the KrafTeach website and application (krafteach.com), published by EI Romain Ferré (SIRET 514 429 240 00039).

1. Purpose

KrafTeach is an online service for primary school teachers, providing a catalog of configurable generators that produce printable pedagogical PDF resources (dominoes, bingo, labels, tracking grids, etc.), which can be personalized with a class roster. These Terms set out the conditions under which teachers may access and use the service.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account or using KrafTeach, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms in full. If the user does not accept them, they must not use the service.

3. Account access

Access to KrafTeach requires signing in with a Google account. The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. KrafTeach may suspend or delete an account in the event of misuse or a breach of these Terms.

4. Use of the service

The service is intended for a professional, pedagogical use by teachers. The user agrees to:

  • use the generators and the resources produced for classroom teaching purposes only
  • only enter student information (e.g. first names) that is necessary to generate the requested resources
  • not use the service in a way that disrupts its operation or infringes the rights of others

5. Pricing

KrafTeach offers a free tier, which gives access to the entire catalog of generators, and an optional paid offer, "KrafTeach Plus", governed by the Terms of Sale. On generators identified as "Plus", the free tier lets users export a preview limited to its first pages and marked with a watermark; KrafTeach Plus gives access to the full, watermark-free export. Users always keep access to a free tier of the service.

6. Personal data

Regarding student data entered by the teacher (e.g. first names), the teacher is the data controller and KrafTeach acts as the data processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. Regarding the teacher's own account data, KrafTeach is the data controller. See the Privacy Policy for details on these processing activities.

7. Intellectual property

The KrafTeach platform (code, design, generators, texts) is protected by intellectual property law and may not be reproduced without authorization. The pedagogical resources (PDFs) generated by the user may be freely used, printed, and distributed by that user in a teaching context. Watermarked previews of "Plus" generators are provided for evaluation purposes: their watermark may not be removed, hidden or circumvented (see Article 2 of the Terms of Sale).

8. Availability and liability

KrafTeach strives to ensure the service is available and functions correctly, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. KrafTeach cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service or from a temporary unavailability.

9. Termination

The user may stop using the service and delete their account at any time from their profile page, or by contacting KrafTeach so an administrator can do it on their behalf. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what this erases and what is retained.

10. Changes to these Terms

KrafTeach may update these Terms, in particular to reflect changes to the service or applicable regulations. Users will be notified of any material change before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction. Adherence to a consumer mediation body is under review (TBD).
